Isobella glanced clearly over Adam's wounds when they were walking. "We won't find a way into the school. It's all covered. Our only chance is through healing spells. We can get him well enough to tell him where the Death Eaters came from."

She uncapped a bottle and poured it down Jason's throat.

///ooc: pssstt! Iso! It's Jason, not adamn! ///

Anna nodded slowly, agreeing with Isobella's idea.

She started lowering Jason's limp body onto a soft pile of leaves laying nearby.

Liam tried to check Jason's pulse. He stopped slowly.

There was next to nothing.

Jason Klien was barely alive.

He turned away, hoping the others wouldn't ask.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Liam check Jason's pulse. Seeing his expression, Alys confirmed it can't be good.

"Isobella, if we can't go back inside the castle, what are we supposed to do!?"

Liam just closed his eyes.


What was he to do if Jason died? And how would they tell Gracie?

"We have to do something. Not just stand here."

he muttered, opening his eyes.

Isobella rolled her eyes. "If his heart rate goes under 30, use Epinephrine. I have some in my purse, but his pulse is fine for now. It's low, but it's not too terrible." She wrinkled her nose. "Blankets, towels, clot the blood. If we can get him talking, we can figure out exactly what to do. Worst case possible is internal bleeding."

"And how are we going to check for internal bleeding?"

Liam asked critically, having another thought in mind. Actually, two thoughts. Far worse.

Alys looked at Isobella with some annoyance.

How can she just roll her eyes? Not seem to even care? This is a friend. Not some enemy.

"I agree with Liam. How the hell can we check?! We aren't surgeons!"

Blood poisoning....maybe?

Liam bit his lip, lost in thought.

"Well, I'm not going to just sit here and watch him die!"

He snapped suddenly.

Alys looked at everyone, and snapped out of her depressed state for a moment.

"None of us are just going to do nothing, we've kind of established that. We all want to help Jason. Also established that. What we need is to know what to do!"

She took a deep breath in exasperation at their stalling.

"So either come up with a plan or stay quiet so people can think!"

She said, a bit coldly, but she needed to set this straight. It isn't a pity party. Someone is DYING.
